ColocKitchenRace est une application mobile qui organise des événements culinaires sociaux entre colocations à Bruxelles. La présente politique de confidentialité décrit les données personnelles que nous collectons, comment nous les utilisons et quels sont vos droits.

En utilisant l'application, vous acceptez les pratiques décrites dans cette politique.

1. Données personnelles collectées

Informations d'identité (lors de l'inscription) :

• Prénom et nom
• Adresse e-mail
• Numéro de téléphone (optionnel)
• Genre
• Mot de passe (stocké de manière chiffrée par Firebase Authentication)

Vérification d'identité (lors de la création d'une colocation) :

• Photo de la carte d'identité
• Nom complet, date de naissance et nationalité extraits de la carte d'identité

Le scan de la carte d'identité est traité localement sur votre appareil via la technologie Apple Vision. L'image est ensuite stockée de manière sécurisée sur nos serveurs.

Données de localisation :

• Adresse postale de la colocation (rue, ville, code postal, pays)
• Coordonnées GPS dérivées de l'adresse (latitude/longitude) pour le matching par proximité

Préférences :

• Préférences alimentaires (végétarien, végan, sans gluten, sans lactose, sans noix)
• Inscription à la newsletter (opt-in)

Contenu généré :

• Réponses aux défis (texte, photos, choix multiples)
• Dates de soumission

Données techniques :

• Jeton de notification push (FCM token) pour l'envoi de notifications
• Identifiant d'authentification Firebase

2. Données que nous ne collectons PAS

• Aucune donnée d'analyse ou de suivi comportemental
• Aucun identifiant publicitaire
• Aucun historique de navigation
• Aucune donnée revendue ou partagée avec des tiers à des fins publicitaires

3. Utilisation des données

Vos données sont utilisées exclusivement pour :

• Créer et gérer votre compte utilisateur
• Vous associer à votre colocation
• Organiser le matching des colocations par proximité géographique
• Vérifier l'identité lors de la création d'une colocation
• Gérer les défis et valider les réponses
• Vous envoyer des notifications push liées à l'événement
• Vous envoyer des actualités si vous êtes inscrit à la newsletter

4. Stockage et sécurité

Toutes les données sont stockées sur Firebase (Google Cloud Platform), avec des serveurs situés en Europe (région europe-west1).

Les mots de passe sont gérés par Firebase Authentication et ne sont jamais stockés en clair. Les communications entre l'application et les serveurs sont chiffrées via HTTPS/TLS.

Les photos de cartes d'identité et les images de défis sont stockées sur Firebase Storage avec des règles d'accès restreintes.

5. Paiements

Les paiements sont traités par Stripe, un prestataire de services de paiement certifié PCI DSS. Nous ne stockons jamais vos informations de carte bancaire. Stripe collecte et traite vos données de paiement conformément à sa propre politique de confidentialité.

6. Notifications push

L'application utilise Firebase Cloud Messaging pour vous envoyer des notifications relatives aux événements, défis et actualités. Vous pouvez désactiver les notifications à tout moment dans les réglages de votre appareil iOS.

7. Vos droits (RGPD)

Conformément au Règlement Général sur la Protection des Données (RGPD), vous disposez des droits suivants :

• Droit d'accès : obtenir une copie de vos données personnelles
• Droit de rectification : corriger vos données inexactes
• Droit à l'effacement : demander la suppression de vos données
• Droit à la portabilité : recevoir vos données dans un format structuré
• Droit d'opposition : vous opposer au traitement de vos données
• Droit de retirer votre consentement : à tout moment, sans affecter la licéité du traitement effectué avant le retrait

8. Conservation des données

Vos données personnelles sont conservées tant que votre compte est actif. Si vous supprimez votre compte, vos données seront effacées dans un délai de 30 jours.

Nous pouvons mettre à jour cette politique de confidentialité. En cas de modification significative, nous vous en informerons via l'application ou par e-mail.

ColocKitchenRace is a mobile application that organizes social cooking events between shared households (colocations) in Brussels. This privacy policy describes the personal data we collect, how we use it, and what your rights are.

By using the application, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Personal data collected

Identity information (during registration):

• First name and last name
• Email address
• Phone number (optional)
• Gender
• Password (stored encrypted by Firebase Authentication)

Identity verification (when creating a household):

• ID card photo
• Full name, date of birth and nationality extracted from the ID card

The ID card scan is processed locally on your device using Apple Vision technology. The image is then stored securely on our servers.

Location data:

• Postal address of the household (street, city, postal code, country)
• GPS coordinates derived from the address (latitude/longitude) for proximity matching

Preferences:

• Dietary preferences (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free, nut-free)
• Newsletter subscription (opt-in)

User-generated content:

• Challenge responses (text, photos, multiple choice)
• Submission dates

Technical data:

• Push notification token (FCM token) for sending notifications
• Firebase authentication identifier

2. Data we do NOT collect

• No analytics or behavioral tracking data
• No advertising identifiers
• No browsing history
• No data sold or shared with third parties for advertising purposes

3. Use of data

Your data is used exclusively to:

• Create and manage your user account
• Associate you with your household
• Organize household matching by geographic proximity
• Verify identity when creating a household
• Manage challenges and validate responses
• Send you push notifications related to the event
• Send you news if you are subscribed to the newsletter

4. Storage and security

All data is stored on Firebase (Google Cloud Platform), with servers located in Europe (europe-west1 region).

Passwords are managed by Firebase Authentication and are never stored in plain text. Communications between the application and servers are encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.

ID card photos and challenge images are stored on Firebase Storage with restricted access rules.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS certified payment service provider. We never store your credit card information. Stripe collects and processes your payment data in accordance with its own privacy policy.

6. Push notifications

The application uses Firebase Cloud Messaging to send you notifications about events, challenges and news. You can disable notifications at any time in your iOS device settings.

7. Your rights (GDPR)

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:

• Right of access: obtain a copy of your personal data
• Right to rectification: correct your inaccurate data
• Right to erasure: request the deletion of your data
• Right to data portability: receive your data in a structured format
• Right to object: object to the processing of your data
• Right to withdraw consent: at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal

8. Data retention

Your personal data is retained as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data will be erased within 30 days.

ColocKitchenRace is een mobiele applicatie die sociale kookevenementen organiseert tussen gedeelde huishoudens (colocaties) in Brussel. Dit privacybeleid beschrijft welke persoonsgegevens we verzamelen, hoe we ze gebruiken en wat je rechten zijn.

Door de applicatie te gebruiken, ga je akkoord met de praktijken beschreven in dit beleid.

1. Verzamelde persoonsgegevens

Identiteitsgegevens (bij registratie):

• Voornaam en achternaam
• E-mailadres
• Telefoonnummer (optioneel)
• Geslacht
• Wachtwoord (versleuteld opgeslagen door Firebase Authentication)

Identiteitsverificatie (bij het aanmaken van een huishouden):

• Foto van de identiteitskaart
• Volledige naam, geboortedatum en nationaliteit afgeleid van de identiteitskaart

De scan van de identiteitskaart wordt lokaal op je apparaat verwerkt met Apple Vision-technologie. De afbeelding wordt vervolgens veilig op onze servers opgeslagen.

Locatiegegevens:

• Postadres van het huishouden (straat, stad, postcode, land)
• GPS-coordinaten afgeleid van het adres (breedtegraad/lengtegraad) voor nabijheidsmatching

Voorkeuren:

• Dieetvoorkeuren (vegetarisch, veganistisch, glutenvrij, lactosevrij, notenvrij)
• Nieuwsbriefinschrijving (opt-in)

Door gebruikers gegenereerde inhoud:

• Challenge-antwoorden (tekst, foto's, meerkeuzevragen)
• Indieningsdata

Technische gegevens:

• Push-notificatietoken (FCM-token) voor het verzenden van meldingen
• Firebase-authenticatie-identificator

2. Gegevens die we NIET verzamelen

• Geen analyse- of gedragsvolggegevens
• Geen advertentie-identificatoren
• Geen browsegeschiedenis
• Geen gegevens die worden verkocht of gedeeld met derden voor advertentiedoeleinden

3. Gebruik van gegevens

Je gegevens worden uitsluitend gebruikt om:

• Je gebruikersaccount aan te maken en te beheren
• Je te koppelen aan je huishouden
• Huishoudens te matchen op basis van geografische nabijheid
• Identiteit te verifieren bij het aanmaken van een huishouden
• Challenges te beheren en antwoorden te valideren
• Je push-notificaties te sturen gerelateerd aan het evenement
• Je nieuws te sturen als je bent ingeschreven voor de nieuwsbrief

4. Opslag en beveiliging

Alle gegevens worden opgeslagen op Firebase (Google Cloud Platform), met servers in Europa (regio europe-west1).

Wachtwoorden worden beheerd door Firebase Authentication en worden nooit in leesbare tekst opgeslagen. Communicatie tussen de applicatie en servers is versleuteld via HTTPS/TLS.

Foto's van identiteitskaarten en challenge-afbeeldingen worden opgeslagen op Firebase Storage met beperkte toegangsregels.

5. Betalingen

Betalingen worden verwerkt door Stripe, een PCI DSS-gecertificeerde betalingsdienstverlener. We slaan nooit je creditcardgegevens op. Stripe verzamelt en verwerkt je betalingsgegevens in overeenstemming met hun eigen privacybeleid.

6. Push-notificaties

De applicatie gebruikt Firebase Cloud Messaging om je meldingen te sturen over evenementen, challenges en nieuws. Je kunt meldingen op elk moment uitschakelen in de instellingen van je apparaat.

7. Je rechten (AVG)

In overeenstemming met de Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming (AVG) heb je de volgende rechten:

• Recht op inzage: een kopie van je persoonsgegevens verkrijgen
• Recht op rectificatie: je onjuiste gegevens corrigeren
• Recht op verwijdering: verzoeken om verwijdering van je gegevens
• Recht op overdraagbaarheid: je gegevens ontvangen in een gestructureerd formaat
• Recht van bezwaar: bezwaar maken tegen de verwerking van je gegevens
• Recht om toestemming in te trekken: op elk moment, zonder de rechtmatigheid van de verwerking voor de intrekking aan te tasten

8. Bewaring van gegevens

Je persoonsgegevens worden bewaard zolang je account actief is. Als je je account verwijdert, worden je gegevens binnen 30 dagen gewist.

We kunnen dit privacybeleid bijwerken. Bij een belangrijke wijziging zullen we je informeren via de applicatie of per e-mail.
